Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please note: We do not accept returns.
Eligibility To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, and with tags attached. You will also need to provide clear video and photo proof of the item received.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damaged or incorrect product will be replaced. No refund will be provided except in cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled.
Replacements Once your replacement request is approved, we will process it as quickly as possible subject to stock availability. The fastest way to resolve your issue is to contact us with your order number and proof of the problem.
Refunds Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled. We will notify you once we've reviewed your request and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process and post the refund.
