Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that high order volumes or postal service problems outside of our control may cause slight delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
International Shipping & European Union Orders We offer international shipping, including to countries within the European Union.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Offreals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
Damages During Shipping As stated in our Refund and Replacement Policy, please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@offreals.com.
To process a replacement for an item damaged during shipping, you must provide video and photo proof of the damaged item and its packaging. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement. No refunds are provided for items damaged during shipping.
Missing or Lost Packages If you havenât received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@offreals.com  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
